Enter your plot and iDRAW flags a plan that breaks the rules it checks, such as setbacks, minimum room sizes and how much of the plot the building covers. You find out on screen, not on site.

Switch from the 2D plan to a 3D model. Walk around the outside, cut away to see the rooms, or step inside one room at a time. Change the walls, roof pitch, windows and cladding and watch it update.

A cost estimate, not a guess

Your plan carries over to a cost estimate built on material and labour rates for Abuja or Lagos, so the number you see is tied to the house you actually drew.

Draw

Start with a brief, not a blank page.

Choose a 2- or 3-bedroom home and a footprint (rectangle, T, L or U). iDRAW suggests a size and lays out the rooms. Then edit it: drag walls, resize rooms, and switch between metres and feet. Go back a step any time.

Check your plot

Detached, semi-detached or terrace.

Tell iDRAW about your plot and the type of building. It checks the plan against setbacks, minimum room areas, plot coverage and window area, and tells you what to fix.

See it in 3D

Outside, inside, room by room.

Orbit the house, cut away the roof, or stand inside a room. Adjust wall height, roof pitch, windows and cladding.

Estimate and export

Take the plan with you.

Get a build cost estimate for Abuja or Lagos. Export your plan as a PDF or PNG, or as CAD, IFC and 3D files to hand to your architect or contractor. Which exports you can use depends on your plan.

Solving a specific problem

Too many Nigerian homes are built from a sketch and a guess, then corrected on site at the owner's expense. iDRAW moves that correction to the drawing board, where it costs nothing.

No. You start by choosing how many bedrooms you want and the shape of the house, and iDRAW lays out a plan for you. You then adjust it by dragging walls and resizing rooms.

Yes. iDRAW has a phone layout, and you can install EazyBuild on your phone or laptop from your browser so it opens like an app. When a newer version is available, an Update button appears in the installed app.
