BEGiN is EazyBuild's tool for someone building their own home to live in. It estimates what your build will actually cost using live Nigerian material and labour rates for your state. With a free Starter account you can pick a starter template, see the estimate, and export it. Adjusting the numbers yourself, swapping specs, changing quantities, adjusting contractor margin, needs a BEGiN Pro subscription (₦5,000/month). Bigger templates such as 4-Bed, 5-Bed, or Terrace need HOMES Pro or higher.
BEGiN is built for one specific situation: you're building a home to live in, not to sell or rent, and you need a real number before you commit.

Yes, Starter gives you a template estimate and export for free. Editing the underlying numbers needs BEGiN Pro.
What if I need a bigger template than BEGiN Pro offers?

Is BEGiN the right tool if I'm building to sell or rent?

If I upgrade to WaVES later, do I lose BEGiN?
