Starter, BEGiN Pro, HOMES Pro, WaVES Basic, WaVES Team, WaVES Enterprise, a single ranked ladder, and how to pick a starting point.
EazyBuild's subscriptions run on a single, strictly-ranked ladder: Starter (free), BEGiN Pro (₦5,000/month), HOMES Pro (₦10,000/month), WaVES Basic (₦25,000/month), WaVES Team (₦50,000/month), and WaVES Enterprise (custom pricing). Each paid tier is cumulative, it includes everything in the tier below it, plus what's new, so subscribing to any WaVES tier automatically includes BEGiN and HOMES Pro as well. Which tier fits depends on budget and goal more than experience: no money yet, learn on QuESTT for free; building your own home under $80k, BEGiN; building or buying to profit between $80k and $3m, HOMES Pro; running serious, multi-project development at $3m and up, WaVES.
EazyBuild doesn't price by feature count, it prices by where your project actually is. The tiers below are strictly ranked, Starter < BEGiN Pro < HOMES Pro < WaVES Basic < WaVES Team < WaVES Enterprise, and each one includes everything below it.
Entry tiers: Starter, BEGiN Pro, HOMES Pro
- Starter, free: use the free tools with no card needed, and take your time exploring before you commit to anything.
- BEGiN Pro, ₦5,000/month: full access to BEGiN on its own, a simple way to cost and start your first build.
- HOMES Pro, ₦10,000/month: everything in BEGiN Pro, plus a full breakdown of any home you're looking at, side-by-side neighbourhood comparison, and unlimited QuESTT plays.
WaVES tiers: Basic, Team, Enterprise
- WaVES Basic, ₦25,000/month: everything in HOMES Pro, plus checking a project meets the rules before you commit (Compliance), seeing whether it's actually worth building (Property Viability), understanding the risks upfront (Risk Assessment), and exploring how to fund it (Funding Gap Assessment).
- WaVES Team, ₦50,000/month: everything in WaVES Basic, plus a shared workspace built for a team rather than one person, faster support, and PDF exports custom-branded for your company.
- WaVES Enterprise, custom pricing: everything in WaVES Team, plus custom seats and your own branding, and a dedicated person to help you get set up. Talk to sales for a quote.
Which one actually fits you
Budget and goal matter more here than experience level. No money to invest yet, but you want to understand how it all works? QuESTT, free, no tier needed. Building your own home to live in, under $80k? BEGiN. Building or buying property to make a profit, roughly $80k to $3m? HOMES Pro. Running multiple serious projects at once, $3m and above? WaVES, though it also fits a smaller single project if what you specifically need is to plug in your own numbers and run your own scenarios rather than use a template.
Upgrading and downgrading
Upgrading takes effect as soon as payment is confirmed. Downgrading takes effect at the end of the current paid billing cycle, with no partial-month refund for the difference in price.

If I subscribe to WaVES, do I lose access to BEGiN or HOMES?
No. Tiers unlock in rank order, so any WaVES tier automatically includes BEGiN Pro and HOMES Pro as well. Upgrading never means losing a lower-tier tool.
Is Starter really free indefinitely?
Yes. Starter requires no payment method, doesn't expire, and carries no recurring charge.
How is WaVES Enterprise priced?
It has no fixed checkout price, pricing, invoicing, and payment terms are agreed directly with EazyBuild's commercial operations team.
Can I cancel a paid tier at any time?
Yes. Cancellation stops the next renewal charge but doesn't refund the current, already-paid period.
