Verified Nigerian students get a year of unlimited access to the Property Viability Engine and the Risk Assessment Engine, plus early access to EazyBuild Campus, a gamified student platform for learning development feasibility, currently in the works. Verified NYSC corpers get the full Pro suite, all eight engines, free for a year, the same access a paying subscriber has. Verification for either takes a couple of minutes: sign in with your school or NYSC-issued email and confirm a one-time code, or upload your ID if you don't have one. Access starts the moment you're verified and runs for 12 months from that date.
Real estate and construction feasibility is a hard thing to learn from a textbook, the numbers move with the market. WaVES is built for working developers and realtors, but students and corpers are working with the same underlying questions, just without a live project to run the engines on yet. So: free access for a year, scoped to where you are in that journey.

How verification works
Sign up, then verify from your account page. If you have a school or NYSC-issued email address, you'll get a one-time code sent to it, takes under a minute. If you don't, you can upload a student ID, NYSC call-up letter, or other current evidence instead, reviewed by a real person, usually within a couple of days.
What happens after a year
Your access reverts to the standard free tier (Property Viability stays free for everyone, always). You can't re-verify for a second free grant on the same account, this is a one-time grant, not an annual renewal.
